- Often, yes. Text photos of the job and a short description, and we will reply with a quote or let you know if we need to see it in person.
- No. Plumbing, gas and electrical work must be done by a licensed tradesperson. We will tell you if any part of your job needs one.
- Yes. In Queensland, building work over $3,300 (including labour, materials and GST) needs a QBCC licence, so larger jobs are referred to a licensed contractor.
- Yes. We can invoice the agent directly and send before-and-after photos for the tenancy file.
