Who regulates plumbing

To work as a plumber in the NT, or to set up a plumbing business, you need NT registration from the Plumbers and Drainers Licensing Board. To certify work, a plumber must also be registered as a Certifying Plumber and Drainer with the Building Practitioners Board.
