Plan terms

The fine print, in plain English

  • All prices are in Australian dollars, per month, plus GST.
  • Annual billing is charged at 12 times the annual monthly price. The free StoryBrand website is for annual billing, or a 12-month minimum on monthly billing.
  • Your brand, not ours: customers see your business name, logo and number on every text, email, invoice and booking page.
  • Month to month on monthly billing, with 30 days notice. You own your customer data, with a full export within 30 days if you leave.
  • Usage (SMS, calls, phone numbers and AI messages) is billed on top at rates confirmed beforehand.
  • The AI only answers from content you approve, and never gives gas, electrical or water safety advice.

Pricing questions

  • The trial is on the Launch plan. There is no set-up fee, and the AI receptionist and chatbots are included. Your card is taken at sign-up and charged on day 31 unless you cancel. During the trial you get our ready-made template set-up; the full done-for-you set-up starts when you pay.
  • Annual billing is charged at 12 times the annual monthly price and costs less per month. Monthly billing is month to month with 30 days notice. The free StoryBrand website on Elevate and Dominate is for annual billing, or a 12-month minimum on monthly billing.
  • There is no set-up fee on the Launch trial. Starter is self-serve and live in 60 minutes from our template. Launch and above include the set-up done for you.
  • GST, plus usage such as SMS, calls, phone numbers and AI messages, billed at rates confirmed with you beforehand. AI voice minutes above your plan allowance are $0.68 + GST each, up to the monthly budget you set. Ad spend for Google and Meta is paid by you.
