Terms of service

These terms apply to LYD Plumber, a product of Sharktech Global, built on the VCPility platform. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these terms.

Plans and prices

• All prices are in Australian dollars, per month, and exclude GST, which is added to every invoice.
• Annual billing is charged at 12 times the annual monthly price. Monthly billing is month to month.
• Usage such as SMS, calls, phone numbers and AI messages is billed on top at rates confirmed with you beforehand.
• AI voice minutes above your plan allowance are charged at $0.68 + GST a minute, only up to the monthly budget you set.
• The free StoryBrand website on Elevate and Dominate applies to annual billing, or a 12-month minimum on monthly billing.

The 30-day free trial

• The free trial is on the Launch plan and lasts 30 days, with no set-up fee.
• Your card is taken at sign-up and charged automatically on day 31 unless you cancel before then.
• During the trial you get our ready-made template set-up. The full done-for-you set-up starts when you pay.

Cancelling and changing plans

• Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
• You can ask to change plans at any time. We will confirm when the change takes effect and any difference in price.

Your data

You own your customer data. If you leave, we export it for you within 30 days. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

The AI receptionist and chatbots

The AI only answers from content you approve. It does not give gas, electrical or water safety advice, and it does not give legal, licensing or compliance advice. You are responsible for the information you ask it to give your customers, and for your own licensing and compliance obligations.
