New South Wales
Newcastle and Hunter plumbers cover city streets, coastal suburbs and long regional runs, often in the same day. LYD Plumber gives Newcastle plumbing and handyman businesses an AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, a CRM and a website, set up for New South Wales rules: Building Commission NSW as the regulator, and reminders for the paperwork that applies there.
What is different in Newcastle
Newcastle and the Hunter are in the area where inspected plumbing work is lodged with the state regulator through MyInspections, not the council.
When a job is an hour away, a missed call can mean a lost day. Missed-call text-back keeps the enquiry warm until you can call back.
Typical service area we set up: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens and the Hunter.
